I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Diego, California, and licensed in both California and Florida.
Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying so much on your own. Perhaps anxiety is constantly running in the background, perfectionism leaves you feeling exhausted, or you're struggling to keep up with the demands of work, relationships, parenting, and everyday life. You may find yourself feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of how to move forward.
I provide compassionate, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for young adults, women, mothers, and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the complexities of modern life. I have a special passion for supporting individuals with ADHD and Autism, as well as mothers who are navigating the unique challenges of parenting while managing their own neurodivergence. Many neurodivergent adults and moms find themselves overwhelmed by the mental load of daily life, struggling with burnout, masking, sensory overwhelm, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling like they're constantly falling behind despite working incredibly hard. Therapy can provide a space to better understand how your brain works, honor your strengths, and develop strategies that support your needs.
I am also especially passionate about supporting women through infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood. These experiences can bring unexpected emotional, physical, and relational challenges, and having support along the way can make all the difference.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel truly understood. Therapy offers a space to slow down, take a breath, and explore what you've been carrying—without judgment. Together, we'll work to better understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that help you feel more confident, connected, and empowered in your daily life.
Many of the struggles we face today are rooted in experiences, relationships, and messages we've absorbed throughout our lives. By approaching these patterns with curiosity and compassion, we can create lasting change while strengthening your relationship with yourself and those around you.
