I am dedicated to working with women on a diverse range of issues, including infertility, pregnancy, postpartum experiences, and the challenges of motherhood. Being a mother of two myself, I intimately understand how the transition to motherhood significantly impacts every facet of one's life. If you are navigating the adjustments of new motherhood, it's common for the process of identifying and fulfilling your new wants and needs to feel overwhelming. I help mothers connect with theirselves and explore their new wants, needs, and identity.

Additionally, my specialized focus lies in offering support to women who are courageously navigating the challenges of infertility and undergoing the process of IVF treatments. Drawing from my own personal journey, I have a deep understanding of the profound and often conflicting emotions that can stem from fertility treatments. I genuinely acknowledge and empathize with the complexities that frequently emerge along this path.

I work alongside you in developing coping skills and processing each step with you to help reduce anxiety and worry that comes up with this process. I also work with those who have done treatments in the past, and would like work through memories you have not processed yet. You are not alone, and I’m here to provide guidance and support throughout your unique journey .
