Therapy with me is…
please Hear me when I say:
We will work together on finding what makes you feel at your best within your relationships, your mind, and body.
How I work
My therapy approach centers on the idea that feeling safe is essential for being open and vulnerable in your relationships with others.
My focus extends to aiding individuals in their relationships with romantic partners, family members, and friends. As well as enhancing the dynamics of couples and families, fostering stronger connections. Acknowledging that resentment can often accumulate in close relationships, I prioritize the importance of open and effective communication. By guiding individuals and couples to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their partners. I facilitate the process of addressing underlying obstacles that hinder feeling truly understood and heard in your relationships.
I take a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy. It is my aim to work closely with you as a team, ensuring that you receive the necessary support and resources to feel empowered and confident in managing your life effectively.
I also provide support in exploring coping mechanisms for stress, achieving a healthy equilibrium between work and personal life, cultivating self-confidence, working through tendencies towards perfectionism, dealing with feelings of burnout, and improving interpersonal connections within your personal and professional life.
